As many as 369 students were awarded certificates during the annual convocation of Government Industrial Training Institute in Sector 28-C here today.

The event started with a welcome address by Arun Kumar, the principal of the institute, followed by lighting of traditional lamp by Sanjiv Singh, Managing Director, Gillard Electronics Pvt Ltd, Mohali, who was the chief guest on the occasion. Sanjiv Singh awarded merit certificates and mementoes to students securing the top three positions in their respective trades.
