As many as 28 complaints were received at the samadhan camps organised in the Municipal Corporation and Block and Development Officer’s Office in the district under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Dr Yash Garg. Out of these 13 complaints were resolved on the spot at various places. Nineteen complaints were received in Panchkula Municipal Corporation, six in Kalka Municipal Council, two in Raipur Rani BDPO office and one in Barwala.

The Deputy Commissioner said samadhan camps were being organised in these areas of the district from 9 am to 11 am on every working day and residents could go there to get their problems resolved.

Additional Deputy Commissioner and Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sachit Gupta said on the second day of the camps at Kalka, the people of the city lodged complaints related to property ID, property tax, street lights, PMAY, water supply, stray animals, garbage pickup and birth certificates. The office team resolved nine out of the 19 complaints on the spot, while instructions were given to the officials concerned to resolve the other complaints as soon as possible.

MC Kalka EO Jarnail Singh said six complaints were received during the samadhan camp out of which four were resolved on the spot, while two complaints related to the portal and drain construction were pending. He said the four complaints, including family identity card, property ID of the city residents who came to the camp were resolved.
