Chandigarh sees 36 fresh coronavirus cases

Chandigarh: The city on Thursday reported 36 fresh coronavirus cases, taking the overall tally to 20,855. The UT death toll remained at 334. A total of 24 patients recovered from the disease in the past 24 hours. The number of recoveries in the city stands at 20,363. TNS 

2 succumb in Mohali

Mohali: The district reported two more fatalities due to Covid-19, taking the toll to 363. Besides, 21 fresh cases surfaced till Thursday evening while 94 more patients were cured of the disease. Among the new cases, 16 cases were reported from Mohali (urban), two from Dhakoli and three from Dera Bassi. TNS

Panchkula: The district on Thursday reported nine fresh coronavirus cases, taking the overall tally to 10,495. The Covid toll remained at 147. While 10,251 patients have recovered from the disease so far, 97 cases are still active. The recovery rate stands at 97.67 per cent. TNS
