Punjab and Haryana High Court lawyer Navdeep Singh has been invited to speak on ‘Military Justice Reform’ at the biennial Commonwealth Law Conference scheduled to be held in Malta. He was also the speaking faculty at the last conference held in Goa in March 2023.

Navdeep is a part of the Commonwealth Secretariat’s five-member Justice Advisory Committee consisting of selected judges and jurists from the Commonwealth nations and was on the drafting committee of the ‘Commonwealth Military Justice Principles’ and the ‘Yale Draft’ on administration of military justice at the Yale Law School, USA.
