In the league round of the 41st Indian Oil Servo Surjit Hockey Tournament, CAG Delhi defeated CRPF Delhi 2-1 and secured three points. In the second match of the second day of the ongoing tournament at the Olympian Surjit Hockey Stadium in Jalandhar, the teams of Punjab and Sind Bank, Delhi, and Indian Navy were tied 1-1.

In the match of pool D, Punjab and Sind Bank was given tough competition by the Indian Navy. No team could score in the first three quarters. In the 47th minute of the game, Aqib Rahim of the Indian Navy scored a penalty corner to make the score 1-0. In the 57th minute of the game, Santa Singh of Punjab and Sind Bank converted the penalty stroke into a goal and made the score 1-1. Both teams got 1 point each from the match.

CAG Delhi and CRPF Delhi had a tough match in pool C. In the 17th minute of the game, Deepak Malik of CAG Delhi scored a field goal to make the score 1-0. In the 28th minute of the second quarter of the game, Sharanjit Singh of the CRPF scored a goal to make the score 1-1. In the 36th minute of the game, Harish Mutagar of CAG Delhi scored a field goal to make the score 2-1 and earn three points by winning the match.

In pool B, a match was played between Punjab Police and Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala. Olympians Rupinder Pal Singh, Akashdeep Singh, Gurbaz Singh, Dharamveer Singh and Gurjant Singh represented Punjab Police. During this match, Rail Coach Factory gave Punjab Police a tough fight. In the first quarter of the game, both teams did not score. In the 29th minute of the second quarter, Gurpreet Singh, captain of Rail Coach Factory, converted a penalty stroke into a goal and made the score 1-0. The remaining two quarters of the match will be played after 1.30 pm on Monday due to a technical failure of the floodlights.
