Cabinet sub-panel on Rogi Kalyan Samitis meets

Health Minister Dhani Ram Shandil today chaired the first meeting of the Cabinet sub-committee tasked with providing recommendations for strengthening Rogi Kalyan Samitis. The sub-committee discussed steps to strengthen the Rogi Kalyan Samitis. Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani and Ayush Minister Yadvinder Goma, who are members of the sub-committee attended the meeting.

Shandil said that the state government was committed to strengthening healthcare services in the state. “To ensure quality health care, the state government is strengthening medical institutions, recruiting doctors and paramedical staff and taking steps to strengthen Rogi Kalyan Samitis, which play an important role in ensuring quality health services,” he added.
