In order to increase its footprint in North India, land developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) concluded land acquisitions of over 352 acres (15,333,120 square feet) across Amritsar, Vrindavan, Varanasi, Shimla, Nagpur and Khopoli. These acquisitions, totalling over Rs 3,000 crore in investments, will be brought to market beginning January 2025.
