Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Monday slammed the JMM-led coalition government in Jharkhand, alleging that under its patronage, pockets of the eastern state had turned into hubs of illegal activities by Rohingyas and Bangladesh infiltrators.

Addressing multiple poll rallies in Jharkhand, Adityanath asserted that these infiltrators will be driven out of the state after November 23, when the Assembly election results will be announced.

“The JMM-led coalition has encouraged infiltration by Bangladeshi migrants and Rohingyas, posing a serious threat to ‘beti, mati, roti’ (daughter, land and bread). Now, the bulldozer is on standby to reclaim the looted funds,” the BJP leader said.

“Areas like Rajmahal and Sahibganj have become centres for illegal activities by Bangladeshi infiltrators and Rohingyas. The JMM-led coalition leaders, who are their ‘rahnuma’ (protectors), will not be spared. Infiltrators will be expelled as soon as the NDA government is formed in Jharkhand. Leaders of the aliance, who looted funds meant for the people, will be held accountable,” he said.

Adityanath, during a rally at Rajmahal, urged people to be wary of politicians who divide society along caste lines, calling them the “enemies of society and the country”.

The UP CM also criticised the JMM-RJD-Congress alliance for undermining the vision of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who dreamed of a prosperous Jharkhand. Despite the state’s rich natural resources, the people continue to remain poor, he said, adding that under an NDA government, at least 1.5 lakh youths would be provided jobs.
