BJP to win all 4 seats: Rupani
Former Gujarat CM and BJP’s Punjab affairs in-charge Vijay Rupani today said that the people of the state had seen governments of all political parties and were dejected, and now they were left with just one option—the BJP.
Addressing a press conference at party candidate Manpreet Badal’s residence here, Rupani blamed AAP for the current paddy procurement issue.
He said, “The Centre has already given Rs 41,000 crore to the state for paddy procurement. However, the other arrangements had to be done by the state. Now, the AAP government is unnecessarily trying to blame the BJP.”
He said the AAP came to power in the state with big promises, but it had failed to fulfil them. “I have been to Barnala today and seen the public’s response. I am sure we will win all four seats,” he claimed.
