BJP has filled pockets of the corrupt, capitalists: Bhupinder Singh Hooda
Accusing the BJP of having benefitted the corrupt in the last 10 years and looted the resources of the state, senior Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda said the Congress would use the financial resources of the state for the welfare of people.
Addressing a public meeting at Kungar village in the Bawani Khera constituency of Bhiwani district to canvas for Pradeep Narwal, Hooda said the people had compared the 10-year terms of the BJP and the Congress, and had decided to bring the Congress back to power.
“The policies and work of the BJP and Congress were in front of the public, on the basis of which they have to vote. The BJP has always indulged in scams and looted thousands of crores of people during its regime,” he said.
“The BJP has filled the pockets of the corrupt, drug smugglers and powerful capitalists. But the Congress will put the money in the pockets of the poor, farmers, Dalits, housewives and elderly through its schemes,” he alleged.
Hooda said during its tenure, the BJP did not provide ration to the poor, reservation to Dalits, security to the common man and good education to children. “I urge you all to vote for Congress candidate Pradeep Narwal. All your votes will go to Bhupinder Singh Hooda,” he said.
Hooda said during the Congress government, water used to flow in the Sundar canal for two weeks in a month and now under the BJP’s rule, farmers were yearning for water.
