BJP conspiring to destabilise govt: Ministers

Panchayati Raj Minister Aniruddh Singh and Ayush Minister Yadvinder Goma today alleged that BJP leaders were conspiring against Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu because the ‘Operation Lotus’ had failed to destabilise the Congress government.

The ministers, in a statement issued here, alleged that Harsh Mahajan, Sudhir Sharma and Rajendra Rana seem to have captured the BJP and their sole objective was to destabilise the Congress government. “It appears that the spirit of East India Company has entered these BJP leaders,” they added.

They said that the BJP had forgotten public interest and had been indulging in spreading lies. “The Congress government has launched many new schemes, given a disaster relief package, free education and health services etc. Extensive development is taking place in the state and five out of 10 guarantees have been fulfilled, due to which BJP leaders have lost their mental balance,” they alleged.
