BCM School, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana
Under the guidance of the Deputy Director, Yuvak Sewavan, and the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, NSS volunteers at the school participated in the national ‘Swachhata hi Seva’ campaign. During a special assembly, students took a pledge to dedicate two hours weekly to cleanliness activities, emphasising the importance of a clean mind, body, and environment. As part of the ‘Say No to Plastic’ campaign, students distributed eco-friendly paper bags with the slogan “Swabhav Swachhata Sanskar Swachhata” to the community, promoting the use of sustainable alternatives. Vibrant graffiti art was created in public spaces to raise awareness about environmental responsibility. To amplify the campaign’s message, a 30-second reel was shared on social media platforms, highlighting the key aspects of the initiative and encouraging others to join the movement.
