The fifth annual athletic meet at Government Smart High School at Nain Kalan village concluded today. Kalbushan Singh Bajwa, district education officer; Manjeet Singh, deputy district education officer; were the chief guest on the occasion.

Jagtar Singh Tiwana, headteacher of the school, appreciated the efforts of school management for organising the athletic meet.

Bajwa distributed medals to winner students. Jagwinder Singh, a student of Class X, from Kalpana Chawla House was chosen as best athlete in the boys’ category while Amandeep Kaur, student of Class IX, was declared as the best athlete in the girls’ category.
