Aryakulam, Nilokheri, attends webinar on NEP 2020

An insightful webinar on NEP 2020 was organised by Chaman Vatika Gurukul, Ambala (For Girls). Gurukul, Kurukshetra, The Gurukul, Nilokheri, The Gurukul, Jyotisar, Arya Sen Sec School, Gharaunda, and Aryakulam, Nilokheri also attended this informative session and gave its valuable contribution. The session was opened by Sonali Sharma, Principal, Chaman Vatika, succeeded by other presenters who created awareness about the transformative aspects of the NEP 2020, shift to competency-based assessment and lesson planning, etc. An online test of the attendees was also conducted. Sonali Sharma said such sessions will inspire the teachers to adopt innovative teaching and learning methods and will help leaders to make policies for a future ready education system.

Constitution Day

A special seminar and discussion session was organised by the Department of Social Science to celebrate Constitution Day in the school’s auditorium. The session started with a quiz on Indian Constitution, followed by a talk by Kalu Ram (TGT, Social Science). Anchala Singh (HoD, Social Science Department), Aman and Anurag Sharma made students read the Preamble aloud. Students asked a lot of questions related to the Indian Constitution. Principal Dinesh Kumar motivated the students to learn more and take part in activities conducted under the theme “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”.
