Wynberg Allen overall champ in Hindi debate

The Wynberg Allen School team was declared overall champion in the Inter School Hindi debate organised under the aegis of Sadhbhavana, a social organisation, in Mussoorie today.
The topic for the Sardar Gurmukh Singh, Gurpal Kaur and Narendar Singh Inter School debate this year was, “The advancing technology was affecting the working of humans adversely.”
The students spoke for and against the motion with full confidence and finesse that was much appreciated by the audience. Guru Nanak Fifth Centenary School was declared the overall runnerup. Raghav Bahuguna from Hampton Court School stood first while Divya form Wynberg Allen School was adjudged second. The third place went to Sreyesh Agarwal from St. George Inter College.
Saksham Aggarwal from GNFC received the special talent award while Kritika from Wynberg Allen School and Mansi Tapadia from Convent of Jesus and Mary, Waverly, Mussoorie, received the consolation prize. Former MLA Jot Singh Gunsola, who was the chief guest on the occasion, and Municipal Council president Manmohan Singh Mall presented the trophy to the winners.
Harbhajan Singh, Anuj Tayal, Sandeep Agarwal, Javed Khan, Satish Dhuandiyal and other members of NGOSadhbhavna were present on the occasion.
