Students of DPS win ‘Best delegation’ at MUN

Students of DPS Khanna brought laurels to the school by clinching the title of the ‘Best delegation school’ in the third edition of PDAVMUN held at Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar, from October 11 to 13. The school team comprised 13 participants and made their mark among 430 participants from schools and colleges across the state.

Abhimanyu Mukherjee of Class XII-C bagged the trophy of ‘Best member of the international press’. Mehul Khullar of Class X-A received the ‘Best jounalist’ trophy while Sahira Malhotra and Jasmine Kaur Mangat received a special mention. Harshit Bahray and Karandeep Gill received verbal mention and honourary mention, respectively. Shranya Gupta of Class VI-C was the youngest member of her committee and received a verbal mention. —OC
