Cricket trials: 31 probables selected

Ludhiana, March 5

Thirtyone probables were selected during the trials conducted by the Ludhiana District Cricket Association (LDCA) prior to finalising the Ludhiana district (U-23) cricket team at Arya College ground, Civil Lines, here today.

Vinod Chitkara, honorary general secretary of the association, said players born on or after September 1, 1994, were eligible to take part in these trials.

The selected players have been asked to report to Luv Abhlish, former Punjab Ranji and IPL player at Arya College on March 6 at 3.30 pm

The Ludhiana team will be finalised from these players to play in the Punjab State Inter-District Cricket Tournament scheduled to be held from the last week of this month onwards.
