NCC camp

Ludhiana: The No. 4 Pb Air Sqn NCC unit will hold a 10-day camp at Guru Hargobind Khalsa College, Gurusar Sudhar. NCC cadets of Malwa Khalsa Secondary School, Model Gram, will attend the camp. As many as 221 boys and 82 girls will be part of the camp. Camp commandant Group Captain AC Sethi said the cadets would be made familiar with activities including firing, parade, aeromodelling, sports, cultural activities for the all-round development in addition to lectures. They would also be taken to the Halwara Airport and given training in air force activities and responsibilities.

Hawan organised

Gupta Model School organised a hawan to celebrate New Year on the school premises to seek the blessings of the Almighty. The management and the school staff performed the hawan. All prayed for a happy and prosperous year. TNS
