Pool Party
Ludhiana: A pool party for 2019-20 session was held at Budding Brains International School for the students of KG wing. Kids enjoyed the party, bubbling with excitement and enthusiasm in their colourful swimsuits, splashing water at their friends and playing with floating toys. All teachers of KG wing and other staff members were present at the poolside for the safety of kids. Principal Mandeep Kaur congratulated students for the successful completion of their first exams. She also wished them safe vacations.
Police DAV Public School
A pool party was organised at Police DAV Public School for girls of Class UKG on May 28. The kids had a gala time, tapping their little hands and feet, bubbling and splashing water all around. Little angels filled the poolside with their giggles and laughter. Various water toys added flavour to their enjoyment. The motive behind organising the party was to develop their motor skills, improve their eye-hand coordination and develop their gross motor skills through running, dodging, hopping and sprinkling. The water play was followed by a movie time in which a movie based on kids was shown to students.
Summer Camp
A summer camp is being organised at Peace Public School. The camp had a gala opening on May 27 with a magic show and choreography. The main attractions of the camp were science in the kitchen and daily life. Activities lined up for coming days are “exploring the world of crazy chemistry”, “technotime”, which unravels the world of technology as a bliss and activities on understanding human body and health. Gulzar Group of Colleges would showcase their creations and the indigenous automobiles. Students thronged the haunted house in large numbers.
Career Counselling Session
A session on career counselling was organised at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Public School, Rose Garden, for students of Classes IX and X. The session began with a talk, “time management and goal setting”, delivered by Principal Gunmeet Kaur. She spoke on multiple career options available to students. Students were also involved in brainstorming. She urged students to be clear about their goals in life and to remain focused on their target. A special session was organised to help students prepare for various competitive examination such as NTSE and Olympiads by in-depth study of topics taught in classrooms. TNS
