BCM School enters Limca Book of Records

BCM Arya Model Sr Sec School, Shastri Nagar, has registered an entry into the Limca Book of Records this year. The school has been felicitated by the Limca Book of Records and the record will feature in their coming edition in the Human Story chapter under the record title ‘Most dressed like Dayanand Saraswati.’
To spread the message of universal peace and brotherhood, 1,518 students of the school attired as Swami Dayanand Saraswati and made a ‘BCM 40’ at 45 sector on April 29 this year to celebrate the 40 years of school.
It was followed by synchronised singing of a peace song and chanting of a powerful vedic hymn, ‘Om Shanti’ for 7 minutes 19 seconds with the aim of raising positive vibrations in the surrounding environment and ultimately in the universe.
Speaking on this achievement, Paramjit Kaur, principal of the school, lauded the sincere efforts of young students and teachers. She said, “It is a proud moment for us since this record further reaffirms our faith in the capabilities of our young students. It will definitely boost the morale of young peace diplomats in furthering the cause.”
