Aamir Khan seems to have a deep connection with Punjab. The actor has already shot two of his most loved films, Rang De Basanti and Dangal, in Punjab and both films went on to break the box-office records of their times! The actor is now all set to go back to the state for the shoot of his next film Lal Singh Chaddha. We hear that the shoot will kick-start in November, post Diwali, and locations will include Amritsar, Ludhiana and Jalandhar for now.

Meanwhile, while hunting for locations in Punjab, Aamir met his good friend, Punjabi actor-singer Gippy Grewal.

Gippy helped Aamir and team with location-hunting, and even assigned his close friends Rana Ranbir and Ardaas Khan to help with the screenplay of the film as well as with Punjabi dialogues.
