Newlyweds Kapil, Ginni host a grand wedding reception

After the big fat Punjabi wedding, the festivities from Jalandhar have shifted to Amristar for the wedding reception of the Comedy King, Kapil Sharma at Radisson Blu on December 14.

Newlyweds, Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath are hosting a reception with a gold and black theme.

The couple arrived at the venue on Friday morning.

Wedding decorator, Shikha Sareen, is doing a European style stage with a glass floor.

She said, “A lot flowers have been added in the decor, mostly red roses. Kapil likes scented candles and so the stage and bar area have been done up using aroma candles.The stage is quite high with a glass floor and furniture has been ordered from Delhi, she informed. Flowers have been sourced from Thailand and Hong Kong specifically for the reception.”

Specifically, the bar will be highlighted at the reception with a glittering decor and lot of exciting elements.

Arrangements have been made keeping the cloudy weather in mind.

Continental, Indian and Thai cuisine are a part of the menu that will be served at the reception.

Guest’s celebrities that are expected include Daler Mehendi, who will be performing at the event and several Bollywood actors.

The hotel is under high surveillance with tight security as VVIPs and many known names from Pollywood and Bollywood are expected to attend the reception on Friday night.

Kapil and his long-time girlfriend got hitched on December 12 in Jalandhar.
