Embrace your inner self
Renee Singh
To a very large extent if we learn to accept our true selves by accessing ourselves from within and recognising our own inner potential we get rid of a lot of our stress. Stress accumulates within because we are constantly trying to project an image of who we are not. True power lies in the acceptance of our true inner reality. That's the state where we are our own authentic selves and no stress is allowed to infiltrate our system.
Owning up to who we are
If we learn to accept and admit our own shortcomings and failings to a higher power, a certain level of calm sets in. All of us as children were looking for acceptance. Try and remember how as a child you try to look for reasons for acceptance by the teachers, parents or friends. Somehow deep within we are still carrying those feelings of guilt, anger and shame. Shedding these feelings is our greatest challenge. Once we learn to conquer these we emerge into a level of lightness within us.
We need to function at a level of:
- No judgement
- No emotional abandonment
- No rejection
- No manipulation
What a relief to live in such freedom. Truly there is no place for stress to accumulate.
Acknowledge the self limiting emotions
Closing the gap between how you appear and who you really are is very important. Give up your facade. People are constantly living in pretences and spend a lot of energy in keeping an ongoing image.
Emotion is energy in motion
We are connected to all the people in our lives through emotion. We get addicted to people because we are addicted to the attached emotion. You can free yourself of this addiction by acknowledging this emotional addiction. Step away from your limitations. You need a makeover from your stressed self and learn to live in true joy.
Surrender to resolve your limitations
The most powerful way of letting go is by surrendering your limiting thoughts to the most powerful source, the ultimate wisdom. Einstein has said: No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. We limit ourselves with our own limited thinking.
Transform yourself
It is only when we approach life from the objective minds perspective that we see it as unlimited. If we constantly keep ourselves responding to life in predictable ways we can never transform, grow and rid ourselves of stress. Change is only executed from the inside when you step away from your limited predictable thought zone.
Habitual life patterns
There is a comfort zone here and we start to live in this and keep getting the same results. Even stress becomes a habit and we start living in this habit and feel a level of comfort in it. We have to learn to surrender in:
- Humility
- Sincerity
- Honesty
- Clarity
- Trust
- Passion
If we joyously give up our negative emotions to the universal mind we arrive at a state of a more expanded consciousness and if we live in surrender we are prepared to lead ourselves to a level of inspiration and gratitude.
Keep your powerful frame of mind and move towards stress free happy future.
