All bruised

When Anushka Sharma released the first look of her upcoming film Pari, it instantly gave us spooky vibes. In the still, Anushka’s face is filled with freckles and bruises. It gave us a feeling that she might be a ghost or a victim of domestic violence. The actress shared one more still from Pari and it’s again intriguing. In the photo shared, Anushka is seen lying on the floor wearing a salwar kameez. She is listening to some music on her iPod and doing some hand gestures. But, what caught our eyes is the ankle which is injured and bruised badly. Something which might happen to a person, who is chained for a long time.

Anushka even revealed the release date of the film and it’s set to hit the screens on February 9. In Pari, Anushka is paired opposite Parambrata Chatterjee of Kahaani fame. The film will be directed by debutant Prosit Roy and co-produced by KriArj Entertainment.
