Nawaz’s wife turns producer
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya Siddiqui is all set to make her debut in Bollywood as a producer. She will be donning the hat of a producer with the film Holy Cow, as announced recently. Also, Nawaz’s brother, Nawab Siddiqui is all set to direct Nawaz in a romantic film titled Bole Chudiyan.
Speaking about the movie, Aaliya said, “Holy Cow is a satire of today’s times with the sensibility of serious cinema. It is directed by Sai Kabir, known for his work in Revolver Rani, Kismat Konnection and The Shaukeens among others.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Nawazuddin has a series of films lined up for him. The actor was last seen in the biopic Thackeray and will next be seen in Photograph opposite Sanya Malhotra. Photograph has been premiered at 2019 Sundance Film Festival and the European premiere at the 69th Berlin International Film Festival.
