Dolly Guleria, September 20 

Keeping alive and surging ahead the legacy of her illustrious mother and guru, Surinder Kaur, the invincible nightingale  of Punjabi folk music, Dolly Guleria  has carved a niche for herself as a Punjabi, folk, Sufi , ghazal and devotional music maestro of eminence. Barely entering her teens, Dolly recalls having performed in Heer Ranjha in 1962 when Tagore Theatre was just one year old. She has more than 500 renditions in 45 albums to her credit in various genres.

Indira Naik, September 21

Classically trained the doyenne of Patiala Gharana gayaki, Indira Naik has emerged as a classical and Sufi singer of International acclaim. She had learnt music from Guru Satyanarayan Singh, Pandit Dayal Thakur, Pandit Vithal Rao and Guru Mohinderjeet Singh. Her music weaved into the oriental vision is a tribute to age old traditions set against the backdrop of modern times.

Undeniably the most talented and admired musical genius and Padamshri awardee, Malini Awasthi maintains her tradition of excellence in the renditions of Awadhi, Bhojpuri, Bhudelkhandi Sufi, Thumris and sugam sangeet with consummate ease and perfection providing  grand finale to the four-day event. She has given play back for over a dozen songs for Bollywood besides releasing scores of albums.
