Gull Wani, Professor of Political Science, University of Kashmir, presented a copy of the “South Asia-State, Society and Development” to Governor NN Vohra at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar on Monday

This volume, written by Wani, provides a wide-ranging perspective on vital political, governance and developmental challenges in South Asia

The Governor complimented Wani, who has earlier served as the Director of the Institute of Kashmir Studies, for bringing out a compendium which would make a valuable contribution towards a better understanding of the varied complex issues faced in South Asian countries.
