The DC said in order to ensure the safety and security of the school-going students this order was necessitated. He said due to the smog, some mishaps had been reported in the state due to which utmost care needed to be exercised, adding that the decision had been taken to ensure the security of the children and school staff. The Commissioner of Police, Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural) and all officers of the district administration, along with district education officers (elementary and secondary), were asked to ensure the strict compliance of the orders from tomorrow.
