Actress Papia Sengupta, currently playing the role of Moora aka Chandragupta’s mother in Star Plus’ prime-time show Chandra-Nandni, recently got emotional on the sets of the show while the onscreen wedding of Chandra (Rajat Tokas) and Nandni (Shweta Basu Prasad) was taking place.

Talking about her breakdown on the sets, Papia said, “It was just an emotionally overwhelming moment for me. The content and the script took a toll on me and so I couldn’t help but breakdown. It was so beautifully written; the pain and anguish of both Chandra-Nandni came out beautifully.”
