What’s the story of this film?
It is a comedy film. It revolves around a girl who fools a man from Haryana and steals money from him. But she finds out later that the man is a don. She is so scared to even return the money because she feels that they will kill her. So it’s a dark comedy.
Tell us about your role…
My character’s name is Kundun. I play Sharib Hashmi’s young brother. Sharib plays the lead role of a con-man.
This is your first film. Are you nervous?
No, I am not nervous. I didn’t have to work very hard on the character as I am from Haryana. So it was easy for me to shoot.
Now that you’re acting in a film, will you take a break from TV shows?
Never; my focus has always been on television. I will continue to act in films as well TV shows.
What are the shows that you have done on television?
I did quite a few episodes on Savdhan India. I also acted in Qubool Hai. I am also in talks with a production house for a new show. The shooting will start in March.
