Dharamsala, April 16

Minister for Health Vipin Parmar, while addressing a press conference here today, said the Congress had doctored the video content of state BJP president Satpal Satti to create a false propaganda. Parmar said the Congress was bereft of issues for the elections. It had nothing to say against the Union as well as the state governments. Hence, it was resorting to false propaganda to influence the electorate.

Parmar said the state president of BJP Satpal Satti had risen through the ranks. He can never use un-parliamentary language against any leader.

Parmar alleged that the Congress was in the habit of creating a false agenda before elections. Vipin Parmar also flayed the statement of former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh against Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Kishan Kapoor who is now the BJP candidate. He said that Kishan Kapoor is an able and experienced minister.
