Gnocchi Chaat

- Potatoes 500gm
- Potato starch 100gm
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Green chilli 2
- Papdi 100 gm
- Crushed pepper 5gm
- Chaat masala 5gm
- Red chilli powder 5gm
- Curd 50gm
- Sounth chutney 10ml
- Salt to taste
For garnish
- Mint sprig
- Ginger juliennes
- Pomegranate seeds
- Coriander
- Sev (Namkeen)

For Gnocchi preparation:
- Wash and cut the potatoes into half and boil them.
- Mash the potato; add salt, crushed pepper, potato starch and mix.
- Shape out gnocchi with the help of fork and blanch them.
- Put them in hot water and let it cool.
For chaat preparation
- Arrange a bed of papdi over a plate.
- Mix gnocchi, chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix them softly.
- Pour some mint chutney, sounth chutney and curd (optional).
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, coriander, ginger juliennes, sev and mint sprig.
