Starcast of “Punjabian Da King” comes calling

The starcast of the upcoming Punjabi movie, “Punjabian Da King”, was in the city for the promotion of their movie.
Actors Navraj Hans, Keeya Khanna, Bhanushree Mehra and Jarnail Singh along with the producer of the film Surender Singh were present on the occasion.
Talking about “Punjabian Da King”, Keeya Khanna said the movie was about politics in colleges of Punjab. She plays the daughter of a sarpanch in the movie. Navraj Hans plays the role of a gangster and becomes the hero in the movie. Bhanushree, whose name in the movie is Roop, is part of the gang.
The movie has a drama, romance and action in the backdrop of politics, says Keeya.
Some of the other actors in the movie are Shivendra Mahal, Hobby Dhaliwal, Bhottu Shah, Bunny, said Surender, who is playing the role of a don in the movie. Director Manduip Singh has also written the story of the film, “Punjabian Da King”, he said.
Keeya said the movie would add to the expanding kaleidoscope of the Punjabi cinema with its different genre.
Surender said: “We made a conscious effort to give the audience a film that is not only a wholesome entertainer, but also something creatively different”.
The music of the film has been composed by Navraj Hans.
While speaking on the occasion Navraj said: “It was a great opportunity to play the lead role and also compose the music for the movie, “Punjabian Da King”. Composing music was a satisfying experience as music is my first love”.
