Students of Spring Dale School performed well and bagged 11 medals in the Punjab State Karate Championship held at the Guru Nanak Stadium here. They won four gold medals and an equal number of silver medals besides three bronze medals to make their presence felt.

Kamalpreet, Hemant Thakur, Mohd. Dansih and Hakirat secured gold medals, while Sakshi, Sahil, Hardik and Abhinav won silver medals. Yashpreet, Komal and Mohd. Nissar clinched bronze medals.

School managing director Avinash Kaur Walia appreciated students’ achievement. She said academics and sports were two sides of a coin and motivated them to participate in games.

Jarnail Singh and Kamalpreet Kaur, both directors along with Principal Anil Sharma congratulated the students and wished them more success in future competitions.
