Chandigarh Police beat Inscol Hospital

Chandigarh, April 27

The team of Chandigarh Police defeated Inscol Hospital by 117 runs during a match of the ongoing Sai Event Navigator’s Corporate Cricket League. The tournament is being played at the cricket ground of Yadvindra Public School, Mohali. Batting first, Chandigarh Police batted well and scored 235 for three in 20 overs. Balwinder (junior) helped the team in posting a healthy total. He contributed 81 for his team.

Raman (49) and Vikas Rathi (40) remained the other main contributors. For the bowling side, Dr Siddharath claimed 1 for 21. While chasing the total, Inscol Hospital could score only 118 runs in 7.3 overs. Balwinder Singh (junior) was adjudged the player of the match. — TNS
