Chandigah: Keeping the safety of children in mind, a workshop was conducted for 100 students of the senior section by the Chandigarh Traffic Police on the premises of Tribune Model School, Sector 29, here. The motive was to sensitise the students to the traffic rules. It was conducted by Inspector Sita Devi and Gurnam Singh, a Traffic Marshal from Saanji Soch. In an interactive session, they explained the hazards of disobeying traffic rules and gave tips to stay safe. Principal of the school Vandana Saxena urged the students to abide by the traffic rules.

Satluj Public School

Panchkula: Satlujians celebrated Easter Week at Satluj Public School, Sector 4, Panchkula. A special assembly was held. Easter posters and Easter egg-making competitions were held. Special Easter songs and carols were sung. Principal Krit Serai said: “Satluj is a multi-faith school which celebrates all religious occasions.” TNS
