The Kindergarten section of Tribune Model School organised a pool party for its students. The week-long activity helped strengthen the motor skills of the students. Later, ice cream was distributed among all. 

The British School, Chandigarh

A seminar was organised at The British School, Sector 44, for Classes XI and XII on ‘Income Tax Awareness’. Parminder Singh, Assistant Commissioner, Income Tax, laid emphasis on the importance of paying taxes and being good citizens. Further, an oath was taken by schoolchildren, followed by a ‘Tax Tree’ plantation in the presence of the School Director Ranjan Sethi.

A session on ‘Reading comprehension and communicaton skills’ was conducted by experts, for the students to help them to polish their skills. It was an interactive session.

The Panchkula Chess District Championship 2019-2020 was held at various schools. Students of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, continued with their legacy of shining in every field. They bagged the first position in the district-level chess competition organised by the Chess Association, Panchkula.

MRA Modern Public School, Panchkula, celebrated investiture. School Director Rachna Mahajan, Principal Neetu Arora and Advisor Saroj Sawant pinned badges and sashes to the new appointees. Kartik and Shruti were appointed as the head boy and head girl, respectively.
