Ashmah International School, Sector 70, organised a summer camp on its campus. During the camp, students learnt yoga and created art and craft from waste material. Students were trained in various forms of dances. They performed on various Bollywood and bhangra numbers on the concluding day of the camp. A special exhibition was also organised wherein all creative items were displayed. 

Shishu Niketan, Chandigarh

A workshop on effective communication was organised for teachers at Shishu Niketan Public School, Sector 43, Chandigarh. An interactive session was held which laid emphasis on the importance of improving communication skills. The participants were told about the ways to develop their personality, including verbal and effective body language. The teachers enthusiastically participated in the session and shared their ideas with each other.

Sacred Souls’, Mohali

Sacred Souls’ School organised an awareness and de-stressing workshop at its campus. The workshop began with an introduction to the yogic breathing. Students did stretching exercises and they were informed about the benefits. They were given tips on meditation and taught basic exercises to keep themselves light and healthy.

Solitaire International, Panchkula

A summer camp ‘Beat the Heat-Part- I’ concluded with a bang at Solitaire International School, Sector 20, Panchkula. More than 100 students from various schools of the tricity had participated in different activities during the camp. Parents witnessed a display of art and craft objects, which were prepared by students. Participants were given certificates. The camp was full of fun-filled activities. School Director and Chairman Sanjeev Sethi and Anita Sethi congratulated the participants. tns
