Chandigarh: To enhance the ‘teacher assessment skill’ and to raise the level of competency among teachers, Gurukul Global School conducted an online test for its English, mathematics and science teachers. The programme helped teachers to improve their understanding of student-learning levels. The teachers were awarded with the certificates as an appreciation for their attempt.

Satluj Public School

Panchkula: Satluj Public School, Panchkula, has been conferred with World Education Award 2018 during the gala ceremony held recently at The Lalit hotel in New Delhi. Senior wing Principal Krit Serai and junior wing Principal Gur K Serai received the award during the event.

DC Montessori School

Mani Majra: DC Montessori Senior Secondary (SMART) School organised a graduation ceremony for the students of Class prep II. Principal Renu Verma welcomed the gathering and inspired the students with her words of wisdom. Students left everybody spell bound with their mesmerising performance on “Dil hai chota sa” song. Another show-stealing performance was on “Uthao Basta dekho school ka rasta” song. Students dressed in graduation robes and caps walked on the stage and were given the certificate of graduation by the principal. The programme ended with a vote of thanks by teachers.
