Chandigarh: Delhi’s Harshjeet Singh Sethie carded a par-72 in the final round to win the Samarvir Sahi Amateur Golf Championship at the Chandigarh Club Golf here on Friday. The overnight joint leader traded of three birdies for an equal number of bogeys to stay three shots ahead of local caddie Sanju Kumar and Anant Ahlawat. While Sanju returned with the day’s best score of 3-under 69, Anant shot a 3-over for a total of 7-over 295. GPS Sahi awarded the winners in presence of Birinder Singh Gill and Col AD Singh. TNS
