Class IV employees of Government Rajindra College today staged a protest by wearing black badges inside the college premises. They were demanding regularization of jobs.

Gurtej Singh, Harneik Singh, Jagsir Singh and others said they had been working from more than 20-25 years at the college but they had not been regularised.

They demanded that seeing their long working, the college management should regularise them.

Principal Rajindra College Sukhraj Singh said they did not fulfil the eligibility criteria for job regularisation.
