Sarab Sanjhivalta Sewak Sabha, Tarn Taran, organised a vibrant Nagar Kirtan procession on Saturday in memory of the four Sahibzadas and Amar Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Rangrete Guru Ke Bete. The procession began at Darbar Sahib, Tarn Taran and made its way towards Chamkaur Sahib.

The procession, led by the Panj Piaras, featured the Sri Guru Granth Sahib placed in a golden Palki Sahib. The devotees from Tarn Taran and surrounding villages participated in the event, travelling in their respective vehicles.

Bhai Dharwinder Singh, the manager of Darbar Sahib, said Bhai Baljinder Singh, the head Granthi, performed the Ardas before the Nagar Kirtan procession began.

The police, along with various band parties and Gatka groups, paid their respects by saluting the procession as it passed.

The Nagar Kirtan would travel through several towns and is expected to return on Monday.
