A three-day conference with more than 900 participants has been organized by the Anatomical Society of India (ASI) at Sri Guru Ram Das (SGRD) University of Health Sciences. Dr AP Singh, the Dean of the university, said the conference’s theme was “Modern Approaches in Anatomy Education.”

Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) President Harjinder Singh Dhami attended the event. He acknowledged the contributions of participants from near and far to disseminate ground-breaking research, exchange best practices and harness collective knowledge to tackle complex medical challenges.

There were three diver training types at the conference, namely, hands-on training on the basics of DNA technology, case-based scenarios in a high-end simulation laboratory and conflict management.

Director Principal of SGRD University Dr Anumpama Mahajan said the event aimed to bring together academicians, researchers and scholars to highlight the key developments and exchange ideas in Anatomy, including the most recent innovations, trends and practical challenges.
