30 units of blood donated at Saha College

A blood donation camp was organised at Rajiv Gandhi Government College, Saha, on Saturday. College principal Renu Rishi encouraged all students and staff members to donate blood, promoting the slogan, “Blood donation is the greatest donation.”

A medical team from Civil Hospital, Ambala Cantonment, had reached the camp and over 30 units of blood were collected during the camp.

The blood donation camp was jointly organised by the college’s Red Cross Committee, National Cadet Corps, National Service Scheme (NSS), and the Red Cross Society, Ambala.

Rotarian MP Gupta from the Rotary Club, Ambala, attended as the chief guest. Natasha Kaushal, convener of the Red Cross Committee, informed the students about the importance and need for blood donation.
