Meanwhile, the video-conferencing facility will also be introduced for teachers. The school staff will also mark their attendance on a tablet. The government wants to do away with the paper work in schools.

In a meeting held recently, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had asked the Deputy Directors of Education to ensure that every teacher be provided with tablets. The government also plans to digitise the process of the exam result tabulation and the attendance record. Zero paper attendance will be introduced in the Delhi Government schools from April 1.
