6 clerical posts approved for Gram Nyayalaya

The office of the Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has sanctioned the creation of as many as six posts in order to make the Gram Nyayalaya operational at Ballabgarh, a subdivisional town of the district.
According to an official spokesperson, the state government had notified the setting up of the first Gram Nyayalaya at Ballabgarh, Faridabad on March 4, 2024, for the purpose of enhancing the judicial infrastructure and increase the accessibility of the people residing in rural areas for judicial facilities.
The staff announced to be sanctioned by the government, as per the Haryana Civil Service Rules, 2016, include one post of stenographer Gr-II, one reader Gr-III, one ahlmad, one stenographer Gr-III, a peon, and an additional peon in the new judicial complex. It will incur a total monthly financial implication of Rs 3,95,128/- and an annual cost of Rs 47,41,536 on the state budget.
