34K have joined BJP in Radaur: Minister
Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana said that the BJP had set a target of making 50 lakh new members in the state. He said that the target for Radaur Assembly seat was to add 50,000 new members.
He further said that under this drive, 34,000 new members had been added to the party in the Radaur Assembly constituency so far.
Speaking as a chief guest in Tridev Workers’ Sammelan held in Radaur town of Yamunanagar district on Sunday, Rana said that the membership drive had been extended by the party till December 5.
He said that by making 55,000 new members instead of 50,000, Radaur Assembly constituency would be made number-1 in the district in making new members.
District president of the BJP Rajesh Sapra said that on an average, 150 members had been made at each booth. He said that a target had been set to make 250 new members per booth, which would be completed by December 5.
“Haryana is the first state in the country to buy crops from farmers at MSP. The BJP government is working to benefit farmers, labourers, traders, women and everyone needy by making schemes,” said Sapra.
On this occasion, former MLA Ishwar Singh Palaka, Nepal Singh Rana, media in-charge Raj Kumar Sharma, Happy Khedi, Surendra Sharma, Arjun Gumthala, Aneez Khan, Pandit Devdat Sudhail, Vinod Rana, Ashok Gumbar, Shalu Mehta, Mukesh Arora Makki, Bhagwat Dayal Kataria and other leaders were present.
