He said the BJP government was committed to giving self-respect to the underprivileged sections of society. He also mentioned that the work was underway on the Sankalp Patra, and the government aimed to provide jobs to two lakh youth based on merit and transparency. He highlighted that the government has already fulfilled its promise by providing jobs to 25,000 youth through a clean system, which has enabled youth from underprivileged families to secure good positions. He said the new system has made the concept of "only those who study will succeed" a reality.

The minister appealed to the youth to stay away from drug addiction and instead focus on obtaining good education to bring pride to their parents and society. He highlighted that both the central and state governments have successfully implemented various schemes and programmes aimed at improving the standard of living for the poor in the state.
