The Kotbhai police have booked 15 Congress workers for allegedly clashing with some AAP workers at Khirkianwala village here on Saturday.

The complainant, Ravi, alleged that AAP workers were taking out a procession to celebrate the victory of the party’s Gidderbaha bypoll candidate, Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon, in their village when Khushwinder Singh and his brother Rupinder Singh started abusing them.

“Rupinder even made casteist remarks. Khushwinder had already called 20-25 persons to his residence. They all clashed with us,” he alleged.
