The cyber cell of the district police has claimed to have busted a racket of online loans and gambling with the arrest of one of the accused. The accused was reported to be involved in as many as 181 incidents of cheating in several states, according to an official.

Inspector Navin Kumar, cyber cell in-charge, said the accused, identified as Vikram, alias Vicky, was nabbed by a team of the police on Monday.
